Terrible and dangerous. Not secure to take bird outside!
If I could give this -10 I would. Arrived broken so absolutely useless. Even if it wasn't broken it doesn't have a head strap so could easily slip off your bird. Do not take your bird outside with this harness! Its unsafe

Bird can eat leather buckle, beware!
Bird start eating Leather strap around, and strangled the neck in it, so we have to cut leather strap to save the bird. Not a very well thought product. Could have harm our pet bird.
