Had purchased a couple over-the-ear units, which just didn’t work for me. This in ear does what it says and works well for me. Bit of a pain to position correctly. Volume control works well. Some “squealing” but that is do to getting it in correct position. I am not deaf, just need a little help. Never had hearing checked or purchased a real hearing aid. Keep in mind, this is an amplifier, not a hearing aid. Also, doesn’t cost $3,000. Rechargeable is a bonus.

My aunt has been too sick to try this hearing aid until today, and it was the best one I had ever bought her! Works better than any previous models of hearing aid she'd used in the past. She is 89, and this works excellent for even the hearing loss that she has. She's deaf in one ear and she could hear everyone around her now.Thank you!

Too soon to tell. So far they are working. A little bigger than I expected.Still getting used to them. Ask again in a few weeks.

Plenty of volume to cover my hearing loss; volume adjustment has no numbers so it’s hard to balance left to right and gives user no reference points if sound level gets moved.

Too big for any ear the smallest ear dram was too big for me constantly I had to push it in in two days I put up with it , it fell out many timesThat is why I returned itI understand i didn’t pay 6000$ !!.. but everything has a limitGood luck selling it
