10GB Fiber modules that work.
I have used these in several models of Cisco Switches including the C1000 without issue. The modules always pick up right away after booting up. Never had a single issue with them. I get 10GB right away with OM3 cable. These are my go to for fiber modules.

Worked with my Unifi Gear
I got these for a run from the house to the shed, for a couple Unifi switches. They worked great, no problems and have been running reliably for a couple months now.

I used them to connect two 2.5 gig switches together though a wall, one switch was located by my servers and the other in may LAN closet for my house drops/connections.

Works With Ubiquiti Switches (Unlike 10Gtek)
The units I received are not the same as what is pictured. The SFP release lever is a wire (about the diameter as a large paper clip) instead of (what looks like) the sturdier arrangement pictured. But, at least these modules connected at 10G right off the bat between my UniFi USW-Pro-Max-48 and UniFi USW-Pro-Max-16 switches.
