So nice with sweet Thai curries.
You know that thing in a Thai curry where you go, oh, that was nice, I wonder what that was? That's what this is. If you're ever having a really sweet, hot curry and then you get a burst of bitter flavour, that's what this is. It goes so well having about four or five of them in sweet Thai curry.

I have never used these before, I wanted to add them to a Thai red curry. They were fine in the curry but straight from the jar I would say they were an aquired taste

Liberian homecooking
These ‘Kittleys’ are wonderful for making Torborgee (Liberian cuisine). It’s very hard to get fresh ones in the UK where I live but I love them. Just wished a jar was £2-3 compared to current price.
