From the picture of the bottle, I thought it was the old Moroccan Rose which now cannot be found.The shampoo that came is the same one that can be found almost anywhere. it is good shampoo with a lovely scent. It is just way, way over priced! Do not be fooled by the old photo.

I prefer it over more pricey alternatives. I first came to know it from buying it off the self at the supermarket. I then tried to higher priced alternatives that did not work for me so I returned to this one. The scent is wonderful, and my hair feels clean, not dry at all, and looks healthy and shiny. I will continue buying this for a long time.

Color Me Happy is the real deal when it comes to protecting your highlights and color treatments. Highly recommended. The best and most important quality of this particular product is that it does not include body wash, which most retailers have replaced their stock with. This "shampoo" only version has become increasingly hard to find in this convenient size bottle. We are grateful to have found it here! - mother & son Miller

Scent is amazing, suds are clean and fresh. No allergic negative reactions and we all have sensitive skin here. I use this in conjunction with the Dove Body Wash Sensitive Skin and after the shower it feels like I've been to an expensive spa for a luxury treatment. I highly recommend that you go with the Happy Go Lather Body Wash by Herbal Essences as well. Fantastic online prices and great for the subscribe and save option!

This reminds me of the old school scent of Herbal Essences that I loved. I was obsessed with the strong scent as a teen in the 90s. It seems like the scent may be dialed down a bit though.The shampoo does a great job of lathering. I have very hard water in my house and with some shampoos I have to go a bit overboard with the amount used to get a good lather, but I didn't need to do that with this one. I found it to clean my hair really well. It felt clean but didn't feel stripped. The first time I used it, it was alone without conditioner and I felt that my hair was dry and frizzy, but that is typically what happens when I skip conditioner.Every use of the shampoo afterwards was with the matching conditioner. The combination of both worked well. My hair felt clean and soft afterwards and smelled great.As for colour protection, I can't really say for sure if it helps preserve colour. I haven't noticed any fading since using it. For now, I trust that it will help between colourings.

Good product

I have color treated hair, so this was definitely something I was interested to try, wanting to see if it holds up to other products I already use to keep my hair fresh longer. I will start by saying it smells amazing!!! But if you are scent sensitive or don't care for stronger scents than this is definitely not for you. It is floral, somewhat sweet, refreshing. I would say that compared to using a regular 'non-color' shampoo, sure it helped a bit, but I don't know if I saw an overwhelming difference. I have used other color shampoos that work a little better, but this one held its own. My girls loved it just for the scent and that alone would get me to buy it just so they would shampoo their hair on their own.
