I returned it and got this one. I am very happy with this sword. The attention to detail is impressive. Everything feels tight and high quality. The weight alone is impressive. It was well packaged and air tight. The Tsuba and saya had separate shrink wrap and then another plastic sleeve around the whole construct. Sealed airtight in sealed styrofoam. Shipping was quick. I received it a week earlier than anticipated 10/10. Awesome sword Review: Amazing quality and attention to detail - Very well assembled. Blade is amazingly sharp and well oiled. Also well packaged for shipment. All in all, I give it a 10/10.

10/10 Awesome Tachi Sword

Amazing quality and attention to detail
Very well assembled. Blade is amazingly sharp and well oiled. Also well packaged for shipment. All in all, I give it a 10/10.

Not pleased
Customer service quick response. Not happy with results. I was not happy with sword. I felt it had imperfections n did not represent itself as pictured in the advertisement. I was not wanting a refund only a well inspected replacement. And I was told that nothing was wrong with the sword I was sent. END. I guess customer satisfaction is not important with Truekatana. Customer always right? I guess I’m from another era? Will not be making another purchase with Truekatana or recommending any other towards Truekatana. END
