Idk how I feel
Well i got these cause the review said they were good but I wored them to work cause I stand for 7-8 hrs thinking it might help my feet pain but no it was worse I had to take these out.

Got these for my husband to take pressure from his heel as he was in pain..up to now they seem to be doing the job perfectly these was recommended by his doctor..

Really very good. The option to change the height helps. Very useful for my flat shoes as I have plantar fasciitis. Doesn't cure it (as I am still wearing flat shoes) but comes as close to it as you can expect from some inserts.
