My podiatrist recommended this cream for calluses, corns, and dry spots on my feet and after using it only a few times, the difference is a major improvement. I've used other creams and gels for my feet before and none have helped as much, or as quickly, as this has. I put it on, cover my feet with a sock for an hour or so, and then remove. In a way, it seems drying, and that feeling may be the removal of dry skin, because ultimately, my feet are definitely softer.

Effectiveness, I uses many heel crake creams over decade but nothing ever works and my heels always look ugly, I didn't wear sandals or any other footwear which shows my heels, and I was luckily goggling one day and this cream showed up and I read reviews so I thought lets try this one since I tried many others, but I would say it was my lucky day I bought it and my heels look so healthy and soft it is little greasy but since it works I Don't mind it, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for it.

This cream does work—I’ve noticed improvement on my dry heels, though it doesn’t feel like it hydrates 100% since I still wake up with a bit of dryness. I think with continued use the results will be better. The texture is quite thick and doesn’t absorb quickly, plus it has a very strong mint scent that might not be for everyone. Still, it delivers what it promises, and I believe it’s worth keeping up with to see full results.

My Profile: Middle aged guy who is not into foot care, skin care or anything like that. Had hard, dry-cracked skin on the heel and outer side of my feet and recurring corns on my pinky-toe. Periodically used various foot care tools to scrape/cut dead skin away when things got overwhelming.After using this cream as prescribed (twice per day for three weeks), I have to say that I am not only satisfied with the results, but I am impressed that It could make my poorly-cared-for feet look presentable. Prior to using this cream, my foot care process was akin to minor surgery along with some sandblasting. Now, it only takes a few passes with a pumice stone every few weeks. I no longer have the nasty-looking cracking skin. My wife is relieved that she no longer has to worry about me accidentally injuring myself with my previous process.Many complain of the texture of this cream, and they are correct - it has a glue-like texture and tends to leave a waxy film. To combat this, I simply applied the cream after a shower while my feet were damp, or use a washcloth to dampen my feet a little before applying. The cream went on like any other lotion after that. You will have to wash your hands afterwards.If you can deal with the glue-like feel of the cream, the cream does its job. I highly recommend for those seeking soften the skin on their feet.

Having tried several brands of Urea 40 cream on Amazon, I can confidently say that this brand offers a higher-quality product compared to others. It applies smoothly and evenly, providing excellent hydration, especially for dry, cracked skin.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the slightly unusual texture and residue it leaves on my hands and nails after application. While it's not a major issue, it does feel a bit odd until you wash it off. However, this minor inconvenience is easily fixed by washing my hands after applying it to my feet, and it hasn’t been enough to stop me from repurchasing.The scent is a pleasant surprise—it reminds me of The Body Shop’s original peppermint foot lotion, which unfortunately was discontinued. It's refreshing and not overpowering.Overall, I’m very happy with the product and will continue to buy it!
