I have not bought from this person before BUT have used these items on several occasions and use them in my rentals. There are very easy to install and work great!! Reason for the 4 star rating is that they are not the best quality and are not made of the best material, my opinion is they will last 3 to 10 years depending on usage. some may last 6 months some may last a life time. But they do what they are designed to do and the result are equal to the cost. I highly recommend these as I am planning to buy another 50 to install them in my own home and add the remainder to another rental. I highly recommend these Cabinet Door Dampeners knowing you will find them a worthy addition to your kitchen cabinets.

Your cabinet doors will close like "high end" units. So easy to install!

This is a nice product just not what I was looking for. It would help if the description of the product would have had more detail, as I did not quite understand what the product's function actually was when ordered. I was looking for something that slowly opened a door. This product did not work in the manor I was expecting. However, well made and reasonable priced & fast delivery.
