Nylons for Women, Sheer Thigh High Stockings with Stretch Fabric and Lace Top

These stockings hit the mark. They are sheer, sexy, and stretchy enough to fit very well. I am 5'3", 147#, and they were perfect for me but I could see that someone a few inches taller or shorter shouldn't have a problem, either. And, PLEASE, ladies (and some men, I guess) who are complaining that they won't "stay up", these stockings are MEANT to be worn with a garter belt or suspenders!! They do not have silicone to keep them from falling down. That is specifically why I purchased them. The stockings with silicone prevent me from being able to fasten the little hooks on the garter belt, which was what I wanted to wear for the whole "seductress" illusion. It was a hit :-)

These are the ONLY pair of stockings I could find on this site that don't have the silicone band. Stockings will not stay connected to a garter with the band of silicone. THANK YOU Leg Avenue for carrying these. I bought four pair because it took so long to find this style.

First things first: these do not come with a garter belt, despite what it looks like in the picture. They have a rubberized band at the top which may be intended to keep them up. It doesn't work. They are super fine so if your skirt, purse, coat, whatever has even a little texture they will pull. By the end of the night my big toes were poking through.

I might just be the perfect size for them (5'4" 125lbs) but I was amazed with how well they stayed up. There's no "glue" or tape in them and they're just perfectly comfortable and soft hose. I used them in the bedroom and somehow they didn't end up around my ankles. I had to make a couple of adjustments in a 2 hour period but it was literally a couple and my partner was more than happy to do it for me. I saw some reviews complaining about a seam in the back but maybe I put them on wrong?...I didn't notice one. I also didn't get any runs in them in during 2 hours of moving around.

Extremely disappointed in these thigh highs. Kept them in the package until I was ready to wear them, then on that night (4 weeks and a few days after ordering them - so there is not an option to return them) both legs are laddered right out of the package.

Usually plus size equals regular person size.. But these will actually fit a real woman's thighs! Usually the lace is too small and squeezes the thighs, either being tight and uncomfortable, or making them look squished. These fit my thighs well, even being a bit too loose. I usually wear a garter belt anyways, mostly for the aesthetic. These are beautifully made stockings. I think they will be one of my favorites to wear more often. I paired these with a Seven Til Midnight white lace garter belt B007SLC80Y, a white short-sleeved blouse, and an Urban CoCo pleated tartan skirt B01LZBS2T7 for a naughty schoolgirl look ;-)

The ad shows and states these are nylons to be used with a garter belt. When the package arrived, they stated that they were thigh high stocking, suitable for use without a garter belt. I was about to send them back, when I decided to open one pair to confirm or deny if they truly were thigh highs. I’m happy to report the lace top does NOT have the dreaded silicone band around the top that my wife hates. So I’m thinking they will work nicely with her collection of garter belts.

These stockings are true to their description and true to size. They were absolutely comfortable and my hubby loved them! I am around 190 lbs and 5'8 and I purchased the queen size. Absolutely love them!

As I have brought a number of stockings from Legs Avenue I am compelled to write a review. As I'm tall, size 12, I have to purchase a plus size /tall. These are more expensive but you get what you pay for. They arrive discreetly packaged. The leg length covers my 32 inches inside leg measurement so they don't just sit on your knee but above. If you have to buy clothing from the Tall section on clothing websites, I would recommend these. These are better than the rest. A quality product.
