The media could not be loaded. Works amazing . No complaints . I’ve had it for years and years. I can’t even remember when I bought it . Maybe in 2020 or 2021! Assembly and disassembly is very easy. I actually take it apart and keep it in its original box in between uses . The dome of mine has a small crack in it now but it still works perfectly fine. Using the facial steamer is heavenly . I don’t use it as much as the hair steamer but I tried a different brand of face steamer and it was HORRIBLE compared to this one. I like being able to put oils in the face steamer because it adds to the relaxing vibes and definitely helps to open my pores for deeper moisture penetration on at home spa days. I would recommend! Btw for my hair I have locs. I’ve been using this since my locs were just past my ears and now they are mid back length and it’s still highly effective . Hopefully the production hasn’t changed since I purchased mine!

I’ve been searching for a hair/facial steamer for months. I read the previous reviews about this one and decided to purchase. I am so happy I did! My hair feels so moisturized and my face is clearer than ever. It’s the right amount of steam for hair & face. Definitely recommend buying this!

Worth the money. I only use distilled water in the steamer and after a years use, it works as expected and is pretty durable. Get generates lots of steam. Nice and compact. The bowl is not deep enough to completely steam my full head so the nape doesn’t get the full steam treatment.

For what it is the product works quite well. No it's not a high quality beauty shop unit, but i have 3 daughters and a wife that use this religiously. Pretty easy setup amd takedown once you know how. Vot works well

This product is wonderful with easy to understand instructions, I checked the product and noticed there was a small crack on one of the handles and emailed customer support directly. She was so helpful and was able to send me a replacement very quickly, she even emailed me back to ensure that I received the replacement. The steam output is strong enough to reach my client at a comfortable distance, it does not leak. I love it!

I am late writing this review.I purchased this product in 2023, when I first got it I used it just fine maybe 2 times within a month. I then used it again the following month but when I tried to use it again which was probably 3 months later I had issues with it starting. I would get the three lights/ beeps then nothing. I wasn’t able to start it. So I played with it some, maneuvering the cord moving it different outlets etc. and it worked. The next time I tried to use it the same thing that happened maybe 3 times but moving forward every other time afterwards nothing other than than the 3 lights flashing with the three beeps and the lights continued to flash. I will now throw this in the trash ( which is what this product is TRASH!!!!!I made sure that I emptied the water out immediately after each use and I let it air dry I didn’t just put it back in the box to dry out. So I’m not sure what happened or why other than it being TRASH that would make it not work!!!! A total waste of my hard earned money!!

product is ok. not very convenient as its not really adjustable . steam comes out fine. you can adjust how much comes out. doesnt come with any cleaning tools but its easy to clean out the tubes on your own. i have a decent size fro so i dont believe it was evenly distributing through my hair. i wish product came with a bigger hood and was more adjustable for height. this product would be great for someone with less thick hair . works fine for the face

Easy to assemble.I mean, there's nothing more to say. Put two things together and boom! No issues.Steam.I used this on my face and immediately, for the first time in yearssssss, I completely got rid of my white heads on my nose. Two sessions of steaming and witch hazel oil and my skin feels like a baby's bottom!Easy to use.I would only recommend that it is placed on a stable surface because my clumsy self did not and ended up burning my hand by holding the exact area the steam came out of by mistake, lol. The hood isn't huge but it is big enough to use over my head. When steaming hair, simply use facing away from the machine for the amount of time you're comfortable with, then use facing the machine after. This is to ensure the entire hair is steamed. I did not to this because my head is small and I was able to get my entire head steamed but for some, that might be needed. I was also surprised to see a tiny compartment in the face steaming extension to place essential oil. I thought I had to place it in with the water. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN DISTILLED WATER in the water compartment. Unless you are cleaning out the water compartment. To clean, simply heat vinegar and water mixture (not boil) and drain.Is it worth the price?It definitely is.
