I have to say that this Chinese drink thing is acually really delicious! I like that it’s kind of like a pourage. I love black sesame so this worked or me!

Great pre-run meal/snack.
Not the greatest taste, but filling and easy on the stomach. I generally eat this as my meal prior to a run and it settles well.

Delicious, but apparently overpriced and ambiguously described
The product description does not make it clear that the deliverable is a large bag containing a dozen smaller packets. I mix one packet with a small amount of water to create a paste, then wolf it down with a spoon. Other reviewers note that it has too much sugar; that was not a problem for me. Probably a lower price if you could find it in a store. A web search shows the product for sale at $6, but then $8 for shipping.
