Delicious real food bar
I love that these bars are high-quality, real-food ingredients, taste great, and are so convenient for a quick meal replacement on the run. With 18 G protein per bar, they are filling and providing important nutrients.

Ridiculously Expensive, but So Tasty
I had a layover int eh Salt Lake City airport when I discovered these bars in the refrigerated section of a Cat Cora snack place. Intrigued and hungry, it was the better among bad options. I fell in love at first bite and have been ordering them since then. These are high calorie bars (300 calories a pop), but has fresh ingredients and 18 grams of protein, which is what interested me. You can definitely find bars with less sugar, calories, etc. especially if you are following an eating plan which limits your macros, etc, but this isn't what I wanted. I wanted a high protein bar to eat in the morning with taste I enjoyed. The bar is very dense- almost like moist, dense peanut butter cookie batter, with a hint of chocolate chips,oats and coconut. it reminds me of a no-bake cookie I made back in my junior high days, but more delicious. Since I don't like a big breakfast, this is perfect for me at work with a cup of coffee, and is something I look forward to. Again, i wouldn't be eating this if I was going to be competing in any bikini or figure competition, but that's not my path - I just want something tasty, filling, with ingredients I can find in my kitchen along with higher protein. Love these bars.

Good pick me up
I get these regularly for my daughter and her college teammates. This provides a good "pick me up" before practice for them.
