Pretty decent hat.
It's a nice hat, but it could be better if the underside was polished leather as well (though that would make it heavier). I also had to provide my own lanyard (luckily I had matching leather scraps), though there are attachment points so that was nice. I have doubts about smashing it flat for a suitcase, I think stuffing the cap is necessary and the wire in the brim probably won't return to perfect shape if it's kinked so don't do that.
