I have seen a big improvement in my skin and hair!Every morning I will put one scoop in my coffee, and literally can’t taste the product.My skin texture is so soft and blemishes are nearly gone! I do have one dark spot on my face and I can definitely tell when I miss a day of this product. I can still see my dark spot but just not as visibly.I highly recommend this product!
