Miracle26 is to be taken twice daily. One Capsule in morning and One after dinner. Take after meals. If twice daily dose is high for you, start with 1 capsule daily for 7-14 days and then increase to 2 capsule daily. While taking Miracle36, it is advised to take a healthy diet, rich in Protein and Omega fatty acids.  Certain exercise are also recommended to ensure faster results. The  advised exercise can be shared upon request. Good source of protein is Eggs, Lean meat. If you are a vegetarian, try pulses, along with Nuts like Walnuts and Almonds along with peanuts and sesame seeds.  Daily exercise is recommended as it will increase muscle over busts and tone them faster.

Miracle36 provides Natural Phyto-estrogenic support for fuller and firm busts. Phytoestrogens work similar to natural hormones and increase growth of bust tissue. Miracle36 also has Vitamin C which is a cofactor for collagen synthesis along with Tyrosine and Vitamin E, both essential for healthy busts.  Vital vitamins provides improved metabolism .

When phytoestrogens like the ones in Miracle36 are taken in the prescribed dose of not more then 2 capsules per day, it is less likely to have any negative impact on your menstrual cycle.
And While taking Miracle36, do not take 2 capsules at once. 
Take in a gap of 8-10 hours as 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner.

Some women use phytoestrogens as natural or herbal remedies for relieving menstrual issues or irregularities. Estrogen levels can drop during certain times of the menstrual cycle, causing uncomfortable symptoms.

does it effect reproduction system..as i am planning a baby in a month???

Dear Ma'am,

Miracle36 has phytoestrogenic effects like estrogenic but in a safer way. Although, when you are pregnant, it is not advised to take any supplement other then products prescribed by Doctor and under doctor supervision.

When you conceive you must stop all supplements, not just miracle36 and take vitamins and other medicines as per Doctor prescription.
