I was skeptical of this item until I used it. I have a deviated septum and this alleviated my problem immediately. In fact, I showed it to a plastic surgeon and he believed in its use. It was easy for me to acclimate to the device and there was no soreness after using it. Now, I automatically put it in my nose before going to bed and I sleep more comfortably with less snoring.

I was hoping it would just help me breathe better and it actually restricted my airflow.. I ended up getting sick and now I’m wondering if it’s because it was returned once and not cleaned.. I started a refund on it and there were no instructions on marking or disposing of the one I used!! Gross! Do not buy!

I don't really know how these work, but they do seem to reduce snoring. I could be totally wrong but I think they stimulate a nerve or response so the throat does not quite relax to the point where you snore. I was skeptical at first, but they seem to work.They are comfortable enough when inserted. They didn't bother me and I fell asleep normally. The only problem I had that it falls out in the middle of the night. So I have to scour the bed to see where it went.If you have a snoring problem, I'd say give these a whirl. Especially for the price. Good luck!

I tried this 2 nights and recorded myself so I would know how or if it was working. Not working at all, I still snored the same. So if I am not doing it right(theres only one way) please I would like to know. So this was a waste of money.

Didn't think a simple little thing like this would make a difference, but it does. Not that I hear myself snore, but my husband says otherwise. He says it has helped me a lot. He can tell if I forget to wear it. The clip is soft and flexible. It takes a few minutes to get used to in your nose, but not uncomfortable at all. Small price to pay for peace and quite. I will be giving to family members who snore to help, so we can all hopefully sleep better and quieter.

Sometimes they fall out or slide down but I do notice that I breathe better and sleep better when using them.

My husband wanted to use these due to his excessive snoring, we have tried to put the pieces in different positions in his nose and regardless of where they are placed, the have fallen out every night. He has been using them for about 3 weeks now and it has fallen out every single night. It helps both of us fall asleep faster, but not stay asleep due to it falling out.

To be honest, I didn't buy this for me. It's for my roommate actually. I live in an apartment in which the wall has really really terrible noise isolation. In the past, I was constantly waked up by the ridiculously loudly snore of my roommate, whose room is right next to my room, only with one thin wall in between. So I bought this product for him and let him tried. Finally...I experienced one intact sleep without being waked up by my roommate. Great product!
