These Gladgredit rustic wall lamps is exactly what I needed for the bookshelves I built to surround our bed. Packaging was perfect, no broken parts, everything was included. Perfect size, hangs at the right height above the bed. Although the directions stated how to use the hardware version and not the plug. I quickly figured it out. I had longer wood screws in my stash, so it was an easy fix. I am saving the hardware incase I want to hardwire them in the future. They are very vintage/rustic looking well made and so pretty and my husband loves them too. I used 25watt bulbs in amber as I wanted more of a glow than light. First I used 40 watt led and it was super bright. Absolutely love these. If you want these they won't disappoint but make sure you have up to 2" screws.

I didn’t want to hire and electrician to install some lights in my Victorian style study, so these lamps were perfect! I imagine some reviewers must have had a lot of user errors, as I didn’t had any trouble putting them up or changing the bulbs. Seriously, it’s not that hard to change a lightbulb. They also look really nice and not cheap. They are all metal and glass. the back wires were covered with caps so they don’t need to be grounded like someone else said- they are only there if you decide to change it from corded to directly wired. They were easy to install and they look beautiful. Old style Edison bulbs work best. I had coil Bulbs but they were too short to effectively be seen. Edison bulbs it is! I also painted the cords and they “disappear“ into the wall. So many cool things you could do with these. I’m super happy with them!

I had to improvise on the installation, because as other reviews stated, there were basically NO instractions on how to install these. I ordered the plug-in lights, but it appears that these can also be hard-wired into the wall if you choose. Once installed, they look BEAUTIFUL and go with my rustic cowboy dining/family room perfectly. I won't rely on these lights as my primary source of light, because they're not very bright with the bulbs I used (I think 60 watts is the max), but I only wanted them as a "night light" in the evenings, so it'll do the job I wanted. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and am considering another set for the foyer.

Eventually, I figured out how to mount the light to our wall that worked for me and looks correct. However, I am not at all positive if I mounted it as intended. The instructions are just a few pictures. There is a round, "silver" mounting plate included that is not shown in the pictures. I ended up screwing that plate to the wall. Note: before screwing the plate to the wall, I placed 2 bolts behind the plate (that is, the bolts are coming out from the wall, held in place by the silver mounting plate. With the 2 bolts set in place, the lamp can simply be connected to the rectangular mounting base by screwing on the end caps to the bolts. Note: there are 2 different sets of end caps. If one set doesn't fit the bolts, use the other set (obviously). The rest of the installation should be clear. Hope this helps

Well made and easy on the eyes, pleasant looking. Easy and straight forward to install. Got the corded version and used 40w LED Edison bulbs. A warming welcoming addition to any room. Would but again.

It was a nightmare to mount for it didn't come with the right brackets to mount. Handyman's absolut nightmare. But looks awesome once or if you get it to the wall. Only 3 stars because of the missing/wrong piece. I am in the US, maybe it works for other countries, structures, but not ours.

They give great light! Love the look! The screws they sent were a little short had to grab other screws.

These lights are fantastic set pieces in our farmhouse style kitchen giving a very old world feel and look. Easy to install and look great too!
