I have been using Humapro pills for about 7 years. I decided to try the powder form since I got tired of swallowing pills thought the day. The powder serves its purpose and normally I look passed the taste of supplements since you are taking them for a reason and not as a delicious refreshing drink. However, the Passion Fruit flavor is the worst tasting supplement I have yet taken. It should be renamed to Passion mop water. The after taste is horrendous I had to send it back. I still gave it an overall five star rating because I know how the product works and I really like it. Guess I will go back to the pills for now.

A better protein supplement than whey protein

Using as a supplement to ordinary protein isolate. It mixes well in water and actually tastes good, similar to a pre workout. If the label is correct it supplies a good amount and variety of aminos with almost zero calories. It is missing Arginine and Ornithine so it's not quite 'bodybuilding complete' but I still highly recommend it as a supplement.

I use Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrate and Casein Protein.as meal replacements. When I use Humapro is early in the day an hour or 2 after meals to get the nutrients that I need.
