The small onion flakes have a good consistency when rehydrated, but they are a bit firmer and less potent than fresh onions. The price point is good compared to name brands, especially for the quality and the quantity of almost three ounces in the nearly full bottle. Love this product. Right balance of herbs and not overly salty. I've been using it for quite a while on salad, meat and vegetables. Lost without it.

Minced Dehyrated Onion Bits
Good quality, as have been all the Amazon brand spices I've ordered to date. Some brands prices have skyrocketed and it's great to find a good product at a very reasonable price.
