excellent product
bought this item as I have had a hip replacement and was unable to sleep due to being uncomfortable sleeping on my side ,the pillow kept my hip at the right angle so I wasn't in discomfort or pain, would recommend to anybody who has had this procedure

takes some getting used to if you've never used one, if you toss and turn it does fall out of place. its comfortable to use though, I've never used one before, I think it will be awhile before I benefit from it, comes vacuum packed give it 10 minutes to resize

Very supportive
I'm sure this will help with my back/ hip problems eventually, but in this first week of use, I am waking in the early hours to remove the cushion. It feels a bit alien.
