It’s goood!

i have struggled with inflammation for years and unfortunately had to take krill oil supplements to help with this condition. being a vegetarian, i was very unhappy with the situation i was in but because flax seed is an inadequate source of omega3 for many people, including myself, krill oil was my best option...until i found these amazing supplements! because the true source of fish oil omega3 supplements is algae (the fish eat the algae, convert it, then people consume it) i thought this would be a good substitute for krill oil and so far i think i'm right. i've been taking these supplements for a few months now and have not noticed my inflammation getting any worse. i do take more than the recommended dosage; consult with your doctor to determine what dosage is right for you. my only gripe about this product is that it contains sorbitol which is a sugar alcohol that can disrupt the digestive system. i haven't noticed any negative side effects of this product so the sorbitol is probably minimal but i'd rather it didn't contain any at all. other than that this is a great option for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores and i would highly recommend it!

I bought this product after extensive research and I am very happy with the purchase Pros: - This is a 100% vegan supplement -- including both the "active" ingredients and the shell. - Easy to swallow, small, odor-less pills - Good price Cons: - I wish they had Omega 3 and Omega 6 balanced supplements because imbalance between the two is problematic - There is no data about how well vegan DHA works compared to fish DHA

This omega-3 tablet is vegan, which is why I like it.

This is going to sound crazy to some of you but if you suffer from anxiety/panic attacks please read my review: I bought these pills for my hair and nails which took a rough turn after I lost a good amount of weight. Someone told me Omega-3's would help, but I have never been a fan of seafood and the thought of burping up fish oil grossed me out. So I bought these. And although my hair and nails did improve the slightest bit (not much) my anxiety and panic attacks which I have suffered from for years stopped after 3 months of taking these once a day. I wasn't even aware they could help with that and it took me a little while to figure out that they were actually the cure for me when I tried ruling out what I started doing differently. I am not saying they'll work for everyones anxiety but for the first time in 10 years I feel like I don't have to worry about it and I feel compelled to let other people know. I found out they contributed to helping anxiety just by googling DHA and anxiety. If you're intrigued, I suggest you read some of the interesting articles. It's crazy how I bought this product for a reason so much smaller than the bigger reason they have changed my life-- literally. I will continue to take these every day. I suggest you try them and give them some time and see if they work for you too.

I'm so glad these exist! When I first started trying to conceive, I kept reading about how important DHA was. But all the prenatals with DHA and all the separate DHA supplements were fish-based. I'm a vegetarian and refused to ingest anything with fish (plus, I kept reading about gross fishy after-tastes, ew). Then my acupuncturist told me there were algae-based DHA supplements, and I found these. They go down easily, have no taste or smell, and I love that I was able to give myself (and now my baby--I finally conceived after infertility) DHA without forgoing my vegetarian beliefs! Definitely get these if you're TTC or are pregnant and don't want DHA with fish. They're a great alternative! I take it every day along with my Rainbow Light prenatal vitamin.

Have been buying DEVA DHA for years. My last bottle had many capsules stuck together. Could not separate without one or both bursting. Lot No. 250062A EXP 02/28/27. Will not reorder. Look elsewhere.
