I've ordered this several times and plan to keep ordering. Good, affordable multivitamins.

Like some people, I naturally have high iron and so need a supplement without it. This fits the bill. I trust Nature Made and though pricier than alternatives, it is consistent in quality and dosage.

Take them after you eat or you could get slight nausea like me. I used to take the same brand of multivitamin with iron and I never had nausea issues, not sure why these without iron would all of a sudden give me nausea but whatever.

What can anyone say about vitamins; you really don't know how much real impact they have on your life. I was, however, looking for a vitamin that covered as many bases as possible, and that didn't require me to take more than one vitamin, one time, per day. Having read the descriptions of many other multi's, this is the most comprehensive one I found. Seemingly pricey, many of the others required the taking of more than one tablet a day, which effectively made them more expensive in the longer run. I'll see how these vitamins do for my health and I will amend this review in another 50 years to let you all know whether they work or not.

Vitamin works

I like that there is no iron. Too much iron may damage the liver, heart, and pancreas. Reportedly an excess of iron can also be bad for joints, resulting in arthritis and chronic pain. I get iron from other sources and do not want it in a multivitamin.
