Review by my wife:Two days ago while adjusting the position of the heater in my aging Pontiac GrandAm, the knob just fell off into my hand along with a broken piece of red plastic. At first I tried to convince myself that I could live with hot air blowing directly at my face. However, after a morning of fogged windows and frozen toes, I resolved to find a replacement knob.Thank goodness for the internet, where I found the item description and part number. A cursory search brought up several online auto parts sites, but with shipping, the three knobs totaled well over $12. The obvious next step? Clearly, Amazon.com. It came as no surprise that Amazon had the part, the best price and free 2 day shipping (with Prime membership). I was also amazed to discover Amazon's Automotive section. WOW! Great prices on everything I browsed and even a way to confirm the part fits my car. AMAZING!!!I just received the knobs today, went out to my car in the dark and almost instantly "installed" the new one. Any of the three would work. One is black, one is dark grey and one has a clear "window" where the white stripe is on the others. I almost replaced all of them right then, but decided to store them as spares. Honestly, since the white strip on my others has chipped off (cheap car), I'll probably just swap them out with these new knobs and toss the old ones in the glovebox for the spares. This has been, by far, the most effortless and least expensive repair I've had with this car, and believe me....there have been many. Great product, great price. Thanks Amazon for providing EVERYTHING!!!

Basically you get 3 knobs with different stems on the back. In my case on one worked and the other two are worthless. I needed the one so I figured it was worth the cost to get the one I wanted and the other two are stored in case a friend might need them.

I bought these to replace a broken air direction control knob for a 2002 Buick Century. I did need to grind down some of the protrusions on the back in order to get it to seat fully, using a dremel tool, but with that it works even better than the OEM.

I actually ordered these for a family member. They are very happy with them and they fit perfectly.

The knob fit my Buick Century perfectly. There were three knobs. Two were black and one was gray. My car takes black knobs. Unfortunately, "the only one that fit" was gray. It would be nice to get a black one. Looking closely at the photo I can now see one is gray. You can't tell by the photo which one will fit.

Did not fit well and broke after 1 month of use. 2004 Buick Regal. I ordered this same knob roughly three years ago, and that one fit fine and lasted three years. But it looks like Dorman decided to cheap out on manufacturing quality, because the one I ordered a month ago just broke and never fit well to begin with. Also note, this is a pack of three different products. If you need more than one knob for your vehicle, you will have to order more than one of the packs. Just ordered a used OEM one off eBay to replace this junky, ill-fitting product.
