This is a nice bag, but unfortunately not a very good clasp,it just kept opening when it was on my shoulderSo I returned the bag and got a refund,but I might have had a faulty open,if the clasp was good I would have kept the bag

I judge a company, not on how they are whilst selling goods, but their response to problems or issues. This company has been exceptional! They responded straight away to my comment about the missing shoulder strap. Kept in contact with me. And sent a shoulder strap to me within days. This is a gorgeous handbag, with lots of compartments for our 'bits and pieces'. And high quality leather too. Love it.

I deliberated for a while on purchasing this bag due to price but glad I did. Was going to get black but decided on the brown for a change. I do like a proper leather bag. Perfect size for every day use and with separate sections and pockets keeps things tidy. I also love the fact it has a long strap and carrying handle, perfect.

Already having issues with the rings on the handle - broken. The bag unlocks at the front on its own. Only used for a few weeks and already very dissapointed.
