I love feeling fresh. I love not having to use toilet paper, I really like how easy it is to use. You can control how hard you are spraying. This is my first bidet ever and I wasn't sure if I would like it but I really do. Sometimes the spray gets away from me and it sprays out, but that isn't the sprayers fault it is mine. I will get better with practice lol.

I've tried four times to put this on and it's leaking every time. Poor quality! And yes, I'm using the plumber's tape and rubber rings properly. And now, since I got this in preparation for cloth diapers and my gifted disposables only just ran out, I can't even get a refund because it's been too long... prior preparation did not work in my favor on this one. I'd never recommend this product to anyone!

What’s the point of this if the water cold. There is no way to connect to toilet and have a warm water.

deffective items not good to buy this, i bought 2 sets last june and both 2 sets i bought was broken after one month of using it the hose is broken and water is leaking....

One star for false advertising. There is no hot water hookup, therefore no hot water, much less temperature control. Like many others, it simply hooks up to your existing toilet water pipe, which is cold water.

Product works great.
