Color:Black 5 Inch This RoRo vase was individually hand-made by artisans in a workshop in Lampang, on the outskirts of the Northern Thai city of Chiang Mai. This region is reknown for their mango wood and this particular workshop was selected since it is a small family business with a track record of working with sustainable orchard mango wood. This particular vase is a beautiful centerpiece carved in a near perfect sphere. It will be beautiful on a cabinet shelf and on any table or mandle adorned with flowers, or plain. Please only use water directly in this vase sparingly and for not more than 3 days at a time. Using a plastic or glass insert may be preferable if you wish to hold water in it continously [Note: a cut out old disposable plastic water bottle works great!] Air dry completely before reuse. This item only needs to be dusted or cleaned with a damp cloth or paper towel.

Very happy with my purchase
I recently updated my kitchen and have been looking for something unique to use as a utensil holder. This was such a lovely, different piece--it is heavy enough and just the right size to hold my bamboo spoons and bronze-colored silicone spatulas. Very happy with my purchase!

It is beautifully done! It came smelling of a campfire because they burn it out to hollow it, but this only adds the uniqueness and beauty!

Beautiful vases.
Beautiful vases....I bought grooved forest and tropical palm. But the smell of mango wood was so intense. Some people may like it, but it made me feel like I couldn't breathe. Had to air them out for a few days. They're fine now. The ones with more paint seem to seal in the smell of mango wood.
