This is really quality product. Which does not under or over dose you, most of it gives exactly 100% RDA. Which is very good and handy sedentary lifestyle. The herbal extracts and antioxidants blend is excellent.I read the negative comments and reviews on this product, most of them are saying they feel nothing. Multivitamin supplements are not for giving you superhuman strength or to cure a disease. They can only make sure that you do not suffer from Vitamin and Mineral insufficiency, and can help you tackle the symptoms arising out of it. It is a maintenance supplement, Which gives you RDA(Recommended Daily Allowance). It is not for treating deficiency which need therapeutic doses more than RDA. Doses higher than RDA may need medical supervision. It's not for treating diseases which have other causes and are not coming form Vitamin insufficiency. So please don't expect magic out of it and give it here 1 or 2 star rating.As for as the general multivitamin and multimineral supplement is concerned this one of the best among Indian supplements

I was looking for a multivitamin that contains Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.The seller has explicitly written in Q&A that this multivitamin contains methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin for B12. Guess what, I received the package today and cyanocobalamin is mentioned in its ingredients list.Why lie when you know it's the internet age and you will be caught today or tomorrow.Please note, cyanocobalamin is toxic for us or not is an entirely different discussion and I am not saying anything on that. We do not have enough evidence for a scientific conclusion on this.

Good Product very effective

Disgusting product. Hygiene level is compromised, probably dangerous to consume. Not sure they follow FSSAI guidelines. When i opened the pack, capsules were surrounded by black particles with a layer of black particles deposite on bottom. It's smell bad.

I buy this product regularly for my parents for some time now. But my mom called me up on my recent purchase to inform that some of capsules are empty inside, and many others hardly had any of the 'substance' in them. Truth be told, I'm going to discontinue purchasing it in the future. One should never compromise on the quality!
