It has a lot of basic information. Although it does not go deep in the concepts, it is a very complete survey to start a research from.

I consider this to be the best beginners' guide for young project finance professionals -- it is a great overview of the major concepts and documents that are at the core of project finance. A good tool for young developers, analysts, bankers, lawyers and accountants working in this field.
