Stacker 2 Fat Burner Capsules, Ephedra Free, 100-Count Bottle

Before saying anything else, I want to mention that these capsules have gone down to less than half the price they used to be. That's awesome for someone who has been a fan for many years. I have lots I'd like to say Stackers. First the bad. Yes, they (or any caffeine based energy supplement) can make you crazy. I knew someone who popped 4 the first time he ever took them and landed in a hospital thinking he was dying. He didn't, but I'd never attempt that stunt. 2nd, I've known some people who have gotten somewhat addicted to these, but they were taking them NOT as recommended, and well... its not a good idea, IMO, to make a habit of taking anything of this nature, daily. Now the good. There is little to no difference between taking these and drinking a strong cup of coffee, except for the fact that its in a capsule form. If taken as directed it gives a great energy boost, and its even all natural ingredients. What I do and have been doing for many years is opening up a capsule, pouring it into a pint bottle of water, tea or juice, and drinking throughout whatever activity I'm doing. It works like an EXCELLENT energy drink like that. It never makes me jittery. It keeps me happy throughout a workout, and keeps me alive and kicking during late night performances (I'm a musician). Taking 2-4 of these a week (on different days of course) is completely safe in my experience, much cheaper than energy drinks or coffee, and will not get anyone addicted. I have a very addictive personality, and these have never gotten the best of me. I'll end this by saying that all the above I would say about any energy capsule. I've just been a fan of Stackers since they HAD ephedra in them, and though I've tried others, always come back to these.

Not as good as they used to be.

I've been taking Stacker 2's for 20+ years and they work. They can make you jittery if you drink caffeine products after taking them. I suggest water to drink to start with.
