I am beyond impressed and completely amazed by the level of customer service that I received from Andaz Press!!For the last several years I've placed orders through Andaz Press for custom stickers for my small business. The stickers are well made, great quality, and they add a classy professional touch to my handmade jewelry and wine charm orders.On my most recent order the formatting/layout of the stickers changed slightly and didn't arrive looking the same as past orders. Of course the stickers were still beautiful and great quality they just didn't match all my previous stickers.Wanting to remain consistent with my branding I reached out to the seller and expressed that I preferred the previous formatting. And not only did they reply quickly, they also issued issued a replacement order with the previous formatting used on all my previous orders.The replacement order arrived in an extremely timely manner, the replacement stickers look identical to all my past orders, and I am one happy customer!! Love the product and more than that the customer service. I placed the order and realized that I might not be able to get it on time for my show. I sent an email to seller explaining my situation. These are amazing. Absolutely nothing negative to say. With the price, I wasn't expecting much but thought I would At least try it. I would only be out $17+ dollars. I'm selling my granola to friends and friends of friends, so I didn't need anything elaborate. These look elegant and simple. I definitely recommend!
