Got these to prank my dad, and it worked! Cool product and we got lots of laughs out of the exploding golf balls.

Played a joke on my boss with this ball and my 5 year old. My boss was so surprised he jumped and busted out laughing. My kid looked at me like what just happened? It was worth it.

I wish we had a video. These work pretty good. I just wished they had a logo on them or something that makes them look like a real golf ball.

I bought these for a gender reveal party, because the ones on Etsy are just soooo expensive! I was doing a trick where none of them would be pink or blue and kept moving on to other methods of reveal (balloon/confetti pop with mixed colors, etc). So anywho, these golf balls explode beautifully on contact and send a nice cloud of white out. Very happy with this purchase!

Works exactly as described. It doesn’t have any brandings on it so you have to tee it up yourself for the other player. I told my dad after a sliced tee shot, “Dad, I’ve been telling you you’ve been teeing it up too low. Let me tee one up for you at the right height and I’ll record the swing so you can see it.” The rest was history.

Too plain to pull a fast one on a friend. There is even a slight seem where the two halves come together.

Be sure to swap the ball without the person knowing. It certainly looks fake and they will know right away. I got 2 different people by driving to their ball pointing out the location from a distance and swapping it then for a exploding second shot.

I almost only gave four stars because one of the balls was busted in the packaging, but really that's a shipping issue. Tons of fun. Looks enough like a real golf ball to fool anyone not used to playing golf. The only thing that gives it away is that there is NOTHING written on the golf ball whatsoever, and when do you ever see a COMPLETELY BLANK unlabelled ball, right. The finish is not shiny like a normal golf ball either. So I passed them off as "cheap golf balls". A couple of times this summer we had a novice golf player along with us, and we started the game by saying it's more important to hit the ball gently and straight, before you start trying to hammer it off the tee at the start. Like listen, don't lose balls, or send them sideways into nearby players/holes, rather just try to hit it straight at first. Then after three or four holes, watch for "a tee off where it looks safe to send the ball sideways if you hammer it" (actually just looking for a bit of privacy). Then offer up "one of the cheap balls, that you can try and drive as far as you can, and they're cheap so it doesn't matter if it goes sideways and gets lost". Keep the exploder in a sleeve with other balls (like the top ball in a three pack), so that it doesn't get injured in your golf bag (which could be a disaster mess). Then you're opening a box/sleeve of three balls and this exploder rolls out into your hand to pass to the novice. Novice hammers the tee to see how far they can whack it, and the "cheap ball" explodes. Tons of laughs both times we did it. Scuff the white powder with your shoe and it disappears into the grass. Maybe consider a bottle of water to rinse the white foot prints off the floor of the golf cart.

Funny as hell just make sure u get the powder off b4 u give it to someone

I bought this just to have because every buddy always takes at least one Mulligan per game. Give them the ball and they will have no idea tee it up and it explodes into powder! Such a funny gag idea!!

Great fun ,all though a bit expensive

I bought these in advance of a golf weekend with my wife and another couple. We planned on prankish the girls. We snuck the balls into their game and got ready with video….nothing. The balls were hit and flew like a normal ball. We tried several times and same thing. So we told them what was going on. My buddy said I should hit one. I normally got driver about 300 yards and am a 8 handicap. Everyone got ready, video running and……..off it went about 275 yds….it did have a dent in it when we got to it. But as for exploding…..not one did. Don’t buy. Waste of money.
