AWESOME PILLOW
I had been looking for a pillow for sometime when I ran across this one. I have several allergies (one being polyester which is in 99% of regular pillows or the cover)and this pillow does not bother them at all. It is very supportive but soft and comfortable as well. I got Queen size and the pillow is quite large (more like a king pillow)which is plus. I am a side sleeper most of the time and awake without any neck pain or discomfort at all. This is a great product.

Too soft
It does at first seem lofty . But after awhile it seems to flatten. I find myself folding the pillow in half to get some loft but just a little too much . Wish there was something just right . I’ve considered buying the firm little expensive to try.

Queen size great, twin size average
I've bought both the queen and twin size versions of this product, and they feel quite different, due to being made differently. The queen size is what I'd consider normal height, with the twin being noticeably lower (about 33%). In addition, opening the pillow case reveals that the queen has more/smaller holes, whereas the twin has fewer/larger holes. I'm not sure why this is, but combined with the difference in height, they feel quite different. If you like a firmer/lower pillow, the twin may be for you. I don't mind having the twins, for varieties sake/living room use, but the queens are what I sleep on.I don't know if one is better than the other, but my preference leads me to give the queen size a solid 5 stars, and the twin 3 stars. I'm using the Pinzon king size cases with the queen pillows, and the pillow ends around the stitch pattern, so I just fold the rest underneath.

Best pillows in the universe.
These pillows are life-changing. Easily the most comfortable pillows around. These were also the cheapest ones I could find, but not poor quality at all. Definitely worth the money, and then some. The queens are a little big, so I'd recommend the standards, but that is just personal preference. Overall, simply an amazing product.

Not for me, this ones too hard.
ordered this pillow over a year ago and its not near the same as they use to be. Too firm, like having your head on a rock.

Not as soft as I thought it would be
I'm having a hard time writing this review because it wasn't that I didn't like the pillow it just didn't work well for me. I sleep with my arm under the pillow and found that it just wasn't comfortable that way. Unlike the memory foam pillows or the Casper pillow I did not wake up in the middle of the night with a headache so that was good. If I didn't sleep with my arm under the pillow it would have been perfect.

I have really liked these pillows. They are pretty much as advertised. They support your head better than my down pillows, but not in the way a cheap foam pillow would. As the other reviews suggest, it's a springy support (in a good way), not just a thick material. They are relatively cool so heat is not a big issue. I have had them for a couple months now, and I haven't looked back once. Two thumbs up.

Hard
Received two pillows, both are too hard to sleep on them comfortably. One of them is harder than the other.
