Working well with my sofa

My plastic handle broke in less than 1 year of owning my recliner. These look exactly the same and made of metal, so gave them a try and so happy I did. This handle feels very solid and was a perfect fit..no adjustments of any kind. Everything was the same exact size and screw holes were exactly the same. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I have 3 more for when the ones on the couches and love seat gives out.

I did need to cut away a bit of plywood to enlarge my opening but well worth it. these handles are very sturdy, no more flex when releasing the footrest and no need to push the footrest in with your legs to relieve pressure on the mechanism to assist the release. awesome product. I believe they will last forever

Much prefer these over the old plastic ones that I've used in the past! The only issue I had, one of the 4 was scratched in the pack, QC should have seen that. I did not contact them as the couch we sold the day after. As for ease of install... these were a replacements for the plastic ones that alway fail in twos. You will not know until you remove the old handle to determine if the foot print is the same size. i've pulled out the jigsaw to adapt it for new handles in the past.
