Not functional
We are a small business and decided to buy this ID printer but the thing constantly fails to print IDS customer service does not help takes long to respond to queries Honestly dont buy if your looking for a durable ID card machine this is not it. Now we dont know where to dispose it off to

Don't waste your time
If you want a card printer that prints, this is not for you. Not only does it not print, it takes about 20 attempts just to connect, then when you are connected it says your not lol,
