Nice metal postbox-shaped piggy bank
This is a nice, metallic, heavy-ish piggy bank in the shape of a British postbox. Not a cheap, plastic-y one. As the images show, you can't insert a £1 coin through the usual mail slot, but, obviously, you can put it through the coin slot on top!I purchased it as a living room ornament in the bookcase, so I'm not sure if I'll ever use it as a piggy bank. But if you filled it with £2 coins, I think you could save as much as £60 or maybe more? Maybe I should try it myself.Anyway, it's a good and strong piggy bank for sure, and by the way, the royal cypher engraved on the front side of it is of King Edward VII.

Nice and british but not so well thought out
I like this and use it But it's base is a little bit unsteady if that's the right word, I don't trust picking it up and the base dropping off.....

Ordered 3 - all broken on delivery
A family member from overseas wanted one so I ordered on. Arrived with the plastic bottom broken. Ordered another arrived broken. Ordered a 3rd also broken. 3 out of 3! The plastic bottom incredibly cheap. Have given up now

Sharp edges not good and very very difficult to open up to remove coins.
