I bought this to store my coffee at work. Seeing the label of 12 oz, I thought it would be perfect since I always buy 12 oz bags of unground coffee. The first bag I filled it with was already opened and partially emptied by the time I put it in this, so I didn't notice the problem right away. Once I emptied the bag, that's when I actually encountered issues. First off, I bought the squared version of it, which looks nice sitting on a shelf. But, for no apparent reason, the lid is square, the seal for the lid is square, and the opening into the glass portion of the vessel is round. This means that it goes from square to round and back to square again, which makes it annoying to get it emptied completely, even with whole bean coffee, which isn't a small particle.The next issue that I ran into, and the one that made me write this review, is when I went to fill it again after emptying it. A standard, off the shelf 12oz bag of coffee took me several minutes to get the lid to close, of stirring, shaking, then putting the lid on partially and violently shaking in all manners of orientation in order to get the beans to get past the round opening and fill up the corners at the top of the square jar. Even then, I had to hold the lid down with actual pressure while locking the seal after I finally got it fully seated. Would not recommend this for its advertised purpose.

I’ve had this container for a year and a half, bought it on February 2021. I have used it for both ground coffee and coffee beans and it’s kept them fresh.To clean inside, I suggest buying a brush to clean bottles or if you’re good with shaking some water and soap in there, that works too.The outside it’s where it might irk a few of you. You can see the finger prints left behind after touching any part of this container, as seen in the pictures.Nonetheless, we love it and it’s worked great every day since we got it!

This is a nice coffee container. There is much to like about it, but it does have 2 issues. I bought the 12oz, since I buy 12oz ground coffee bags. Unfortunately, 12oz did not fit in the container. Maybe it fit unground 12oz, but not ground. I also found that cleaning it is not straightforward. Water gets trapped in between the glass and the plastic. It requires a few days of air drying and flipping to get completely dry. I got the square container. Perhaps the round version is easier to clean.

The storage container keeps my ground coffee fresh, and it is very easy to clean.

I love this canister. Keeps my coffee beans fresh.

Extremely poor customer support. Non-responsive help to register their products for advertised warranties or any product information. Their web site is an unfunny joke. Information goes nowhere after customer completes their form; there isn’t a key or button to actually send the data.Would’ve automatically returned the items for that reason alone; however, products are well-made & functional, but I won’t buy anything else from this company.

I use this container for freshly ground coffee and like it. It looks very nice. A modern look. Seems quite sturdy. The lid seals well and works better than expected. The brass colored lid needs an occasional wipe to remove fingerprints. I would like this storage jar if it were a bit wider. There are some plastic elements in the lid, so I’m not sure it would last ten tears of frequent usage. Otherwise, it appears to be of high quality construction. I recommend it.
