Keeping my joints lubricated
I began taking glucosamine thirty years ago when the ring finger of my left hand began locking up. The doctor said to come back when it was so bad that I would like surgical relief. I am willing to credit the fact that it is sticking less now than it was then to the glucoasamine and chondroiting supplements. Two years ago I tried the gummies. I like the taste of them. They have worked as well as the tablets or capsules that I used before so I keep reordering them.

Great taste!
I just received these today so I can’t report on their effectiveness yet, but oh my goodness they are delicious, it is hard to just take the recommended dose. Will update this review when I’ve taken them before a week or two :)

Taste great
Taste great! I have taken them for over 2 months, I do have joint/finger issues and had been doing alot of weeding which aggravated them, currently have not felt any improvement in fingers. They do smell great and color is good.

Poor Taste
They worked by relieving some soreness and moderate pain in my arms after a workout. However, they are NOT at all tasty. In fact, the taste is so unpleasant, I have to make myself chew them. I always save my regular gummy vitamins to take after the nasty ones to get the taste out of my mouth. But, no pain, no gain....right?

Works well on stiff hands
My hand pain wakes me up so I been taking two of these for two weeks. It had gotten better. Not perfect but better.

Works Great
These are great! Myself and my wife have been taking them and can tell a difference in our knees and hips. I wanted to wait a month before leaving a review as I know supplements can take a while to feel/show progress. Also love the subscribe and save feature on them. Just moved our regular vitamins all over to it.
