I have bought several of the Catalyst waterproof cases for my iPhones 7, X and 11 because in my opinion, they are THE best waterproof cases. I swim often in open ocean rough waters especially during the summer when I’ll swim for a few miles a week. I’ve even been able to capture underwater video of sea life at depths down to 15 feet (I usually don’t dive deeper). Understand that with any brand of phone case you buy that sells for or less than $89, you can NOT control the screen underwater. It’s impossible unless you have a more expensive and complex case with moving parts. Even if you don’t swim these waterproof cases can help your phone be more reliable. I know because I had to rely on my phone during a few severe storms. It also allowed me to contact Ops. after severe rain killed my work radio. I dropped my phone in deep flood water and it still worked but like any smart phone, you’ll still have to wipe as much water off the screen as possible for you to control the screen functions. Yes in my opinion, these cases are better than the many other cases I’ve tried but unfortunately like any plastic case, they are not indestructible. If you don’t poke any holes in them and don’t exceed their advertised structural limits these cases will keep your phone dry. Even when they are no longer waterproof for whatever reason, they will still make for a good protective case.

I got old phone lifeproof case from 4/24/23 then switch to second time new phone catalyst case and I love new case to my phone again come with waterproof good protecting condition.

This case is not worth $10 much less the $90 it cost! I’ve only had it a few months and the rubber edging is tearing and peeling off. The rubber seal that covers the charging port isn’t attached to the case and it just fell off somewhere leaving the port uncovered and no longer protected. Also the cover constantly pops loose and has to be squeezed closed again! Very disappointing since it seemed great when it first arrived. However, just a short time has revealed the many flaws with this item.

Best waterproof case out there!! All negative reviews aren’t true people just don’t know how to properly install the case. Charger port is removable! Doesn’t break off. Ca easily be put back in. Camera pictures are stunning as usual iPhone 11 Pro Max camera never disappoints. This case is best best waterproof case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max!

I bought this back in April and absolutely love it. My son loves to take videos while dropping the phone into water. This past Sunday, he was playing with it and lost the rubber piece that seals off the port for lightning cord. I contacted Catalyst about replacing it on Sunday evening and early Monday morning, I received an email with a link for warranty replacement. Less than 24 hours, I got another email saying it will be shipped ASAP.

I LOVE this phone case except for 2 things.The sound in it is great, unlike lifeproof which muffled my sound. This phone case feels comfortable to hold. It is waterproof as I tested it, camera works well under water too. I like the mute/unmute rotating feature...took me a minute to figure out how to get it to work though. You have to slide it in with the mute button side going in first. I love the clear back and I’ve had it for a while now and no scratches so that’s a good sign.Here’s what I don’t like...the charging port is covered by a piece that comes off. If it’s off completely that renders the phone not waterproof. It’s difficult to get it to stay on when I plug my auxiliary jack into it and put the phone on my dash phone holder. The piece at the bottom almost always comes off, then I have to remember to put it back in when I’m done. I just wish there was a better design for that or that it didn’t come off completely so easily. Second thing I hate, and why I almost didn’t buy this phone case, is because I don’t want to give a penny to the CDC. But at the end of the day you can’t shop at any major retail or anywhere that doesn’t support something you may not believe in, so I have to look at the product and not the cause, but it was hard.

Case got old and scratched in the first week of use... the water resistance is a joke, phone fell into the sink (hardly 10 mts) and the case got full of water. Had to take phone out and let it dry. After that incident the silicone plug started coming out of its “holder” until eventually it got lost. It started showing smudges all over and would have to take apart to clean inside out. The quality of images suffered to this case as well, it has a fine mesh plastic like cloth protecting certain areas (which eventually got punctured) I wouldn’t and could in all honesty recommend this case to anyone. The best feature is definitely the lanyard... got a lot of use on that and it kept up very well
