Bulge around the thighs
The waist of the trousers did fit as expected, however, the sides of the trousers were too loose (possibly to do with the curvy design around the hips) and so it looks like I have two abnormal curves on my thighs. But it is still comfortable and is good for a smart look.

Poor quality fabric
Poor quality fabric. The size is wrong as well. I bought the short size 12 and they are too large and too long. Inside leg is 29.5 inches. That is actualy a regular length.
