disappointed
So disappointed I bought this item in December I didn't get a chance to open it so I opened it today but unfortunately, it's not working and I can't return it

I paid a lot of money but not enough quality
I installed it on the day it was delivered and started using the product. Trusting this product, I made appointments with a few of my clients. But in my 2nd customer, the machine had a problem. I had to run it again for my client. So my client wasted time and my appointments were postponed...It is very unfortunate that a brand new machine with steam processing causes such a problem. I tested it several times but it always let me down. I don't know why it turns off after a while.According to a few people, there is a problem with the machine heating. It gets hotter than normal and turns itself off. If this is the case, this machine is quite dangerous.Because when a customer gets steam service, we leave it alone. In this process, giving too much heat to the customer may burn the customer's face.Frankly, the product I bought made me lose customers in order to provide more and better service. Also, 2 of my customers left unhappy. My appointments have been postponed. I wasted my money on this product.

Do not buy this product
I have use this product for few times. Yesterday when I was using this product the water support start smell burning and the support start swelled and melted.I do not recommend this product!

Not impressed
Bought this 12 months agoBut only been using For 5 weeks, fuse gone in the body of steamer not the plug and now can’t get a replacement fuse as it’s very small with each end dented to fit

Faulty!!
I’ve only used this 4 times!! And it’s not working!! It actually looks dangerous! The water is bubbling away in the tank the whole unit went red hot & no steam coming out the nozzle! Waste of money!
