It slides over the case no tape fits pretty good.

Q: Does the Yellow case match the Yellow headphones?

No it does not and my husband had this case for 2 or 3 weeks and the plastic edge has already broken and the case is useless.

Q: What is the actual color of the light green case? It looks more teal than light green.

My daughter says it’s Teal. Hope this helps you

Q: Does it have some slip resistance on surfaces? I’m trying to find something that does slip off every hard surface.

It is very smooth. So I would not say it has slip resistant surfaces.
