Dang, what a great knife!
Some say the handle is too thin. Bologna!! This is a sharp well balanced knife that holds it's edge.Usually I won't pay this much for a knife but I did and I'm glad I did. She's a keeper!Thin blade that cuts through anything. Great for meats and veggies and anything else. Nice sheath also.Washing it is easy and so far, no rust of any kind. But be careful - It's sharp! And should stay sharp.They also offer a free sharpener which I have not received yet.Me be happy happy happy...

Before using this knife I wondered how comfortable the narrow handle would be. After I used it I fell in love with this knife the first time. It arrived very sharp. It seems to hold its edge. It slices and dices extremely well and very easily. I would highly recommend this knife for anybody who does a lot of slicing and dicing.

Excellent value Nikiri if u want a nice light weight feel with still being more weighted on blade side it’s a good option with aus 8 steel handle is thin but feels well crafted don’t think it would be hard to adjust to ... 5/10 sharpness out of box sharpe enough but needs work to be laser sharp ... guess there is some variation here as one of the other model I received in this line was more a 7/10 sharpness

Hard working tough knife
As a chef I have put this knife through about 10 cases of onions and multiple cases of other vegetables and it is a champ. Edge holds and hones well. Easy to sharpen and fits well in the hand.

Great Value
Great looking knife and super sharp. Great feel of the handle and I love the shape of the blade. Great knife for the price, will look to buy more

Sharp but not qaulity build!
Knife was sharp. Build is not what I expected! Blade thickness was not good which allowed knife to flex more than necessary. Handle felt very cheap and way too skinny. Returning knife and looking elsewhere!

Great Knife for BBQ
Great knife. Good weight. Feels good in your hand. Came with a nice sheath(not leather, but looks good) I've received compliments on this knife when I use it for bbqing(slicing roasts). I'm, by no means, an expert, but I would highly recommend this budget cleaver nakiri.
