Q: Hi, I ordered an umbrella in October and received it, however it broke in the wind today so I wanted to know what the returns/warranty process is?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and experience with Ergonomad as a company. Therefore, we take full ownership of the issue with the product. I would like to offer to send you a free replacement of the product. Otherwise, if you would prefer instead, I can also process a full refund to you. In addition to that, I want to minimise the hassle to you. So you won't need to return the product to us. Q: What is the circumference of the umbrella ?

None of the previous answers are correct.. circumference= pi x d d = 98cm pi = 3.1416 c = 308cm I'm not sure why circumference is an important purchasing factor.. diameter is surely key? Either way a 4" umbrella is closer to cocktail decor..

Q: Does this umbrella come in other colours?
