Does Not Work/Can Not Contact Redragon Support
So, several issues:1. The speakers arrived in bag, not a box.2. The speakers do not work. At all. I tried plugging in the mic/headphone jacks, not plugging them in, changing the USB port I plugged the speakers into, cleaning them, turning my computer off and on, turning the speakers off and on. NOTHING WORKED.3. In attempting to troubleshoot via the Amazon product support page, the troubleshooting suggestions for my product were ...not for my product. Redragon supplied troubleshooting suggestions for amplifiers in general, not for the speakers I purchased, so it was useless. It included suggestions like turning off the power to my HOUSE, then turning it back on.4. The "contact seller" link goes directly to the Redragon website, so any contact between me and the seller is outside of Amazon, thereby removing the protections inherent with going through Amazon.5. The only way to contact Redragon is to submit a form that sends an email. But, interestingly, the button to "send" the form is broken, so there's no way to actually contact the seller - they don't have a phone number.6. My only option is to return the product for a full refund via Amazon. Not only will that take two weeks, but I'm not getting a full refund, I'm only getting a partial refund. Worse, because I used the Amazon credit card, I can't dispute the charge because the partial refund is some "policy" of Amazons that I "agreed" to.BUYER BEWARE: I do not recommend Redragon whatsoever, not only does the product not work, but the entire experience with regard to resolving this has been a nightmare.
