Soundtouch consistently malfunctioned over three years.
I bought a Bose Soundtouch 20 in July 2016 and have been very disappointed with it. Over the past three years, it has consistently malfunctioned. It does not recognise devices paired to it, I have had to repeatedly delete and reinstall the app to get it to work and then it only works for a short time. The sound, when it works, is ok but not of a quality that I would expect. I am now left with a speaker that will only work as an auxiliary speaker with a wired connection to my mobile!! This is the first review that I have ever written and it is because I have wasted so much time trying to get this speaker to work properly. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this
