Vervaco Counted Cross Stitch Kit Baby Shoes 6.4" x 7.6"

Very cute, true to picture. Easy to stitch. Took off a star because I ran out of floss for one color, and no DMC numbers were provided (this pattern uses DMC floss).

I am an advanced cross stitcher and this was an easy pattern. Everything needed is in the kit. Now just wanting for the baby to come!

This is a gift for my grand son. Just got it done. So cute! This was so easy to do. Good for beginners.

I have had this since April 24th and just opened it as the baby was just born. The return date was May 25th. I realized it is 18 count. This was not on the package. If it was I would never have ordered it. It is way too small. I am 80 yrs old & my eyes are not that good anymore. My fault for ordering this on line. Also, I found the directions were very minimal.

I have been a counted crosstitcher for 40-50 years , I have never had a kit that was so skimpy were the thread was concerned. And though it was supposed to have DMC thread it was not numbered as such. It just had numbers 1-19. That made it extremely hard to match the colors from my extensive collection.And no, I do not waste thread!!!It makes me think twice before I order or use a Vervaco kit again.

Makes a wonderful new baby gift

Kit lacked the amount of thread required...not enough light pink and white for me. I emailed the company to get the Colour codes so I could buy these and I got no reply (just an automatic email suggesting I would get a delay reply due to covid over 2 months ago). I was lucky I was able to improvise and borrow what I need from my nieces. Not impressed when you pay for a kit and you can’t finish the item due to the lack of three threads! I will not buy from this company again as you can’t trust what you get.

Nice when finished but with several threads of almost the same brown this pattern is a pain in the backside. What a chore! Didn't enjoy doing this one little bit. Glad it's over.

Loved doing this baby sampler its was easy & quick to do just waiting for baby to be born then l can add names & date to finish it, there was plenty of thread as well also liked the fact it had threats for boy or girl.
