From now on, I plan to bag or re-bag all my comic books, whether silver, modern or current sizes, with these crystal clear mylar bags. This "standard" size bag, combined with a 7" board, more than adequately supports the entire book, with a good fit and an appreciable margin that extends beyond all sides, for the vast majority of the books in my collection. Some thicker books may be too tight in this bag, but thus far I've found it to be a okay for some thicker annuals or specials up to 64 pages.

I have been using Mylites since they came out in the 1980s. Too costly for comics under $50, common comics. This are the best protection for high dollar comics. Beware they do not protect against UV rays. You still need to keep your comics in a dark, cool and dry place.

VERY GLOSSY !! Makes a comic look “brand new” . My “SILVER” sized, “BCW” brand, backer boards fit into these well. Only complaint is the flaps could be longer, as when they are folded over , they are kinda short.

Been a big Mylite 2 fan for many years. I typically buy the Silver and Golden Age size. I usually buy bulk direct from E. Gerber. I wanted to try some Standard Size so I thought I would get some on Amazon where I could just buy a few to try out. The quality is as always with E. Gerber Mylite 2, EXCELLENT. It turns out that the Standard size works well for what I need, so I will be making a bulk purchase through E. Gerber directly. I think buying through Amazon is a great option if you want just a few Mylite 2 bags. I really like the folks at E. Gerber, but the Amazon online purchasing process for a very small order does make it easier. GOOD NEWS! Looks like E. Gerber is going to have online purchasing before too long.
