New screen worked like a charm. I don’t really notice anything different from the original screen.Not the cheapest of options, but I wanted to make sure it was going to be high enough quality.I recommend using a heat gun if you have one. Hairdryer took a long time to heat up, so I got out the heat gun instead.

This screen was very easy to install, but that's the case for most replacement screens if you know what you're doing. Once installed though, the touch sensitivity was AWFUL, with sometimes 1-2 second lag between key presses when trying to send a text or open web pages, or do ANYTHING for that matter. The screen failed altogether about a week later, and I just ended up taking it to the Apple store to get a real screen installed. Don't waste your money on this item, and get the job done right the first time.

Pros: I liked the fact that it came with everything i needed in order to repair my phone screen, the magnetic strip is super helpful; and the manual is easy to follow.Cons: the display wasn’t 100% an exact match because of some small metal flat bars around the edge, but after reading several reviews/tips online i learned is a common thing among X and XS screens and to carefully remove them or bend them.Tip: Be very careful while applying the adhesive for the new display around the edge of the phone, take your time, read the instructions for it, and try to not touch it with your fingers; it can easily get damaged.

Product was great, but compared to parts I buy from RepairPartsUSA, it wasn’t as easy to install due to brackets bending and corners popping up during installation, screen works great but a little rougher to install than expected

First one arrived with one main screwdriver body with three different tips. The star tip is used to remove the first two screws at the start of the job. The star tip stripped out when loosening the fist screw. Ordered replacement. Gave the old one to a random UPS driver around 6pm. Received the replacement the following day around noon. The new kit had three separate screwdrivers as pictured in the listing. The second set of tools worked great. This time I heated up the phone with a hair dryer first. The first screws came out with a little effort. The magnet map was very useful keeping track of the incredibly small screws. Just four years ago I had 20/20 vision. I'm 45 now and find reading glasses helpful. Even with prescription glasses I could barely see these screws. A mounted magnifying glass would've been helpful. I have one but instead did the job in front of comp watching how to vid. So, I guess you don't need one. Bought the cheaper LED screen. I just needed an undamaged screen so I could upgrade the phone. The replacement is about twice as thick as the OEM screen. Picture quality is great for LED. Wife says the touch sensitivity and feel isn't as good as OEM. It was her phone. Good Luck!

Screen quality was a little green but worked great. Easy to install instructions.

I liked the product due to the surprisingly good quality, I installed the product less than 45 minutes, and the phone was good as new. All the tools were included which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend.

Overall, we were able to use the kit and install the screen which was the main concern. However, the screwdrivers included were not the same size as instructed to use and were noticeably too big. We were able to make them work but the fear of eroding the screws was very much there. Also the instructions were a little unclear and appear to not be in order. There was apparently a video available online but a link wasn't provided, just a "search for iphone XS screen replacement" which brought up as you could imagine hundreds of videos with various kits. I am very appreciative that the rest of the kit was as pictured especially the screen protector which will come in handy. Overall not a bad deal for 80$ but because of the poor instructions and incorrect screwdrivers I would recommend looking at other options even if they are a little more expensive.
