Which of your olive products are not cured using lye?

Not sure about the lye. However, I can not recommend purchasing this product. They were the nastiest tasting olives I have ever eaten. Yuk!!

How much salt is in it?

I would not recommend this item. Uncertain of the salt content, I never finished eating after one bite or so discarded, taste not appealing at all. Don't waste your money.

Bonito color, forma y no tienen un sabor exagerado a vinagre.

La forma es distinta alas Españolas como ovaladitas y queda muy bonitas en la decoración de los entremeses/ tapas. Saben normal. Para el precio están buenas.
